Nowadays, additionally to the dehydrated products, Indesa trades other food ingredients such as emulsifiers and emulsifying systems, vitamins and enzymes.

At Indesa we choose to produce and dehydrate parsley knowing this is a noble product with fluctuating market conditions, variable product availability, price and quality. Nevertheless, we are always looking for new opportunities to dehydrate additional agricultural products.
The product is dehydrated in a continuous drying oven through the injection of hot air to reduce the humidity levels to the lowest point. We assure the highest quality standards are achieved by continuously monitoring and controlling of the complete supply chain, starting with the growing, harvesting and selection of the plant (in line with the Good Agricultural Practices), followed by the dehydration process, packaging and final dispatch to the customer, all according to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
At Indesa, we operate under the FSSC 22.000 Food Safety norms and have been certified by Bureau Veritas.
